本科毕业于苏州大学文学院,后就读于北京大学光华管理学院EMBA,于2009年获得高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位;

2000年—2003年,任职南方都市报,创建南方都市报深度新闻部;

2003年—2006年,任新京报新闻部主任,为新京报创始团队骨干;

2006年—2008年,任新浪网新闻总监,将中国纸媒体的先进理念、经验与互联网运营进行了良好的结合;

2008年—2009年,任和讯网联席总编辑,负责网站整体内容建设,巩固和提升了和讯网在中国垂直类财经网站的领先地位;

2009年—2010年,任激动网副总裁兼总编辑,负责网站总体运营,包括编辑中心、产品中心、商务合作及市场公关等部门,对激动网的市场份额和品牌拓展,发挥较大作用;

2010年,正式出任凤凰新媒体副总裁,全面负责互联网视频及无线视频业务运营管理工作。

Mr. Zhihua Chen has served as the vice president at ifeng.com since 2010, responsible of online video chatting and the management of wireless video operation. In 2009 to 2010, Mr. Chen worked at joy.cn as the vice president and editor-in-chief, responsible for the website operation, including editing center, product center, business partnerships and marketing, and contributed substantially to joy.cn’s growth in market share and brand value. In 2008 to 2009, Mr. Chen was the editor-in-chief at hexun.com, responsible for content creation, consolidated hexun.com’s role as the leading website in China’s finance vertical. In 2008, Mr. Chen served as the news director at Sina.com, integrated innovative ideas and experience from traditional print publishers with online publishers. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Chen worked as the news director of Beijing News in its founding team. In 2000 to 2003, Mr. Chen worked at Southern Metropolis Daily and created its focus news team.

Mr. Chen received a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Soochow University, and received eMBA from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University in 2009.
